Spotlight On: INGLOT #399

ing_399INGLOT #399

First eyeshadow of the Inglot combos series on the site, YAY!* Inglot #399 is a light pink shade with a shimmery formula that can also double as a highlighter for your face! Try it on the tops of your cheeks or above the cupid’s bow on your lips as a subtle highlight. It also works well on the center of the bottom lip with pink lipsticks. As an eyeshadow, this shade is quite versatile on the middle of the lid or as an all over the lid color. I especially love layering it with a red paint pot as a base, it really brings out the lavendar tones hidden in this shade. I want to compare this shade to MAC’s Jest, but it has much more dimension and versatility. Pair it with grays, blues, purples or greens for a stunning effect!

*Unfortunately my Inglot collection is still rather small at the moment compared with my MAC/MUG collection, so until I get more I will be pairing them up with those eyeshadows. 😉

  1. 419 is GORGEOUS – it’s one of my fave eyeshadows. I recently got 420 and it’s also amazing. I’ve only had one less than perfect shadow from them – a matte (354? I can’t recall the number) – it’s nice enough but a bit powdery and just not terribly thrilling. 433 looks like one I need to add to my collection.

  2. Whoo hoo, Inglot spotlights! Thanks Zabrena, your combos are gorgeous, I especially love combo #6, so pretty!

  3. I love my Inglot shadows and they are relatively easy to get hold of here in the UK. Please keep the tutorials and looks coming Z!
