Inglot #419 is a medium toned green with brown tones in it; it’s incredibly hard to photograph in a swatch (as you can see to the left) and unfortunately appears more brown than green there. I would most closely compare this shade to MAC’s Sumptuous Olive, but it’s a little darker. This is a more shimmery formula, but has insane pigmentation and glides onto the lids with very little needed on the brush. It’s great for punching up your neutral looks but the color is still so subdued for everyday wear.

I’m surprised by how 419 photographs – you’re so right about how the true colour doesn’t seem to show up. It is such a beautiful shadow – the colour is a lot like Sumptuous Olive but because of the texture, it shows up so much more nicely and sort of “cleanly”, whereas SO gets kind of dulled down in the application process.

Oh, I completely agree; it’s an absolute dream eyeshadow to work with! Wish they all were like that!
